Emergencies:
A limited period of time is reserved each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled as soon as possible.
If you are having a dental emergency, please notify our office as early in the day as possible. Our office staff has been trained to answer any questions you may have. If they cannot help you, your doctor will return your call.
If a problem arises when the office is closed, you may call your doctor at his home. You can call the Riverview Hospital Emergency Room if you are unable to reach any of the doctors.
Fees:
We recognize the need for a definite understanding between you, the patient, and Riverhill Dental regarding financial arrangements.
We want to keep costs down for our patients and are committed to fair and reasonable fees while maintaining quality service.
A treatment plan will be provided for you that explains your needed dental treatment. We will also provide you with payment choices.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit
Office Hours:
General office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Each doctor works an individualized schedule. The office is closed on weekends and holidays.
Appointments and Cancellations:
Appointments are made in advance so a specific time is available for you.
It is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy, we will try to confirm your appointment, by phone, a day in advance.
Should it become necessary to change your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we may appoint someone else.

Insurance:
As a convenience to our patients, we submit charges for services to all insurance carriers. In order to process your claim efficiently, we need to have the following information:
- Insurance company name and address
- Employer’s name and address
- Social Security number of policy holder
- Subscriber and group number
- If there is more than one insurance carrier, we will need the above information on each insurance company
No insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. It is your responsibility to pay and deductible, co-insurance or other balance not paid by your insurance company.
