George J. Hathaway, D.D.S.
Dr. George Hathaway grew up in Neenah and attended Neenah High School, St Olaf College and Marquette School of Dentistry. After dental school he served as a dentist and officer in the US Navy for four years and attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander. After discharge from the Navy, Dr. Hathaway practiced in Neenah for two years and then moved to Wisconsin Rapids where he assumed the practice of Dr. James Lownik. Dr. Hathaway currently lives on a hobby farm with his two daughters, Hannah and Sophie and their Wirehaired Pointing Griffin, Violet. Every Fall, Dr. Hathaway enters the pumpkin growing contest. His quest to grow a thousand pound pumpkin never ends, much to the chagrin of his daughters.
Along with his assistants Alyssa and Amanda and his hygienists Jen, Lori, Tanya and Gayann, Dr. Hathaway looks forward to helping you and your family with all of your dental concerns.
Bret A. Van Dyken, D.D.S.
Dr. Van Dyken grew up in Wisconsin Rapids. After graduating from Ripon College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Biology, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2003. Dr. Van Dyken expanded his training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program with the U. S. Navy. In 2006, he returned to Central Wisconsin and worked as an associate for a practice in Plover before joining Riverhill Dental Associates in 2015.
Dr. Van Dyken enjoys all areas of dentistry with a specific interest in extractions and implants. He continues to expand his skills through regular continuing education and takes at least 30 hours of continuing education each year. This is twice as much as the state requires.
When he's away from work, Dr. Van Dyken loves spending time with his wife, Katie, and two young daughters, Skylar and Harper. He also loves to golf and building things with wood, when he's not chasing his kids around to their various activities.
