Denise has been working at Riverhill now for three years as an appointment coordinator at the front desk. She is from Wisconsin Rapids and was an Assumption alum and also attended Mid-State Technical college. In her spare time, she loves to camp, spend time with her family and friends and reading a good book.
Cari has been a working as an appointment coordinator for the last 7 years here at Riverhill. Raised in Rapids, she went to college at Winona State University to become a Physical Education teacher, where she met her husband. They lived in Rochester for many years, where their two children were born. Eventually they both made it back to their home state of WI. Cari enjoys being active, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Cindy aka "Cheezer" has been working here at Riverhill for the last 25 years. She has been holding up that insurance department for a long time! She was raised in Nekoosa after moving from Ohio when she was 16. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids and traveling the US. She also enjoys Mediterranean food and pizza!
Jenny has worked in the dental field for 41 years, with Riverhill Dental being her home for 31 of those years. Her family moved to Wisconsin Rapids when she was quite young, and she does call this area home. She grew up here and raised her children and is now enjoying being a grandmother. When she's not at work she enjoys boating, camping, fishing, basically the great outdoors, which Wisconsin has a lot to offer. The most rewarding part of working in the dental field is seeing the happy smiles from our patients as they complete their dental treatment.
Dental Hygienist, EMT
Tanya was born in Minnesota and relocated to Wisconsin Rapids, WI in 1989 following a 3 year stay with her parents, on the small island of Saipan in the Mariana Islands. She graduated Lincoln High School and started her college career at UW-La Crosse. She transferred and completed her first Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in Minneapolis. Tanya's first job was in Texas, where following a back injury, she moved home and started a new venture in the dental field. Tanya completed her Dental Hygiene degree at North Central in Wausau and is continuing to work toward her masters in Dental Hygiene.
Tanya loves to play guitar and loves to sing and spin the Fire Poi. In addition to her many talents, she is also a volunteer EMT Basic on the Rudolph Volunteer Fire Department. Tanya has a daughter, a wonderful step-son, 5 grandchildren, two horses, three cats and a great husband.
Jen is a Wisconsin Rapids native who came from Huntington Dental 9 years ago to work with Dr. Hathaway, she went to Madison Area Technical College for hygiene school. She enjoys going out on the river with her family on the boat, reading, and traveling.
Lori came to Riverhill from Huntington Dental 9 years ago to work with Dr. Hathaway. She grew up in Vesper and moved to Rapids after she got married to her husband. She went to North Central Tech College for hygiene school. Lori spends her time gardening, taking walks and kayaking. She also enjoys spending time with her family.
Alyssa is one of Dr. Hathaway's assistants, and has been working for him for 8 years. She was born and raised right here in Rapids and went to school at Mid-State Technical College. Alyssa enjoys being active and has recently taken up golf! She also keeps busy chasing around her two small children.
Amanda is one of Dr. Hathaway's dental assistants, she has been working at Riverhill for a combined total of 15 years, she worked as a front desk appointment coordinator for the first 10 years, and for the last five years as a dental assistant. Amanda was born and raised in Chetek, WI, and came to Wisconsin Rapids for a change of scenery, we are happy she did! Amanda enjoys cross-stitching, camping and a good steak and lobster meal.
Gayann has been a dental hygienist here at Riverhill for almost 30 years! For a majority of those years, she worked for Dr. Seifert, but now shares her time with both Dr. Hathaway and Dr. Van Dyken. Gayann is originally from Illinois, but moved to Wisconsin Rapids to be closer to family. Gayann went to school at Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, IL. She enjoys cooking and baking, which she is amazing at, and enjoys a good laugh around the campfire with family and friends.
Judy has worked at Riverhill Dental for 42 years. She works with Dr. Van Dyken as his dental hygienist. Judy is originally from West Bend, WI, and moved here when she was a child for her dad's job at the DOT. She is an Assumption alum, and went to NWTC for schooling. Judy enjoys spending time with her family, being outside and riding her bike.
Chris has been here at Riverhill for 31 years! She was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, and moved up here when her parents bought the Camelot Motel when she was 13 years old. She attended the North Central Technical College for her hygiene schooling. Chris and her husband are now empty nesters, and enjoy time at the cabin up north, hiking and kayaking. They also let their two dogs Obi and Walker tag along!
Gail is has been working here at Riverhill for 38 years! She worked for Dr. Schoenwetter for a majority of those years, and now works for Dr. Van Dyken. Gail is from Nekoosa and went to Dental Assistant school at Western Wisconsin Tech. She enjoys cooking, baking, and reading. Gail also cheers on all of the Wisconsin teams, Brewers, Packers and the Badgers!
Cathy has been in the dentistry profession for over 40 years, and has worked at Riverhill for over 12 years. She works with Dr. Van Dyken as his assistant. Cathy was born and raised in Wisconsin Rapids where she met her husband and raised three kids. She enjoys motorcycling, reading, and cooking. She also enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren.
Amanda graduated from North Central Technical Colllege in 2009, and after 3 years of working as a hygienist, she finally found her "home" with Riverhill Dental in 2012. Amanda is thankful for her career in dental hygiene and finds her job to be very rewarding.
While she loves her job, when Amanda's not at work most of her free time is spent having fun with her loving husband and five amazing children, and two dogs. They enjoy camping, anything outdoors and watching the Green Bay Packers of course.
